Elder DJ Thornton, Uruguay Montevideo Mission: DJ receives Mission Call

It arrived Friday, September 18, 2009. DJ will be going to the Montevideo Uruguay Mission and will be leaving January 6, 2010.

DJ is coming Home December 20th

DJ is coming home on December 20th. He will be speaking to his Ward (church) on January 1st. All are welcome to come hear him speak and talk about the Gospel of Jesus Christ and his many missionary experiences he had while serving our Heavenly Father in Uruguay. Church starts at 11 am and we meet at the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint Chapel at 25 1/2 Road and G Road.

Time has gone fast and it has been very fun seeing him grow as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
